What do you favor here - life in prison?

I think the point  is this favors a fair trial,  presided over by a judge who doesn't have an ethnic bias against the defendant. 

DP v LWOP is another issue,  long grappled with here,  with most members pretty firmly set in their beliefs about the morality of state-sponsored execution.  Have you missed all that?

In an interview with Ruth Bader Ginsberg during the Colin Kaepernicke flack about athletes kneeling during the national anthem Couric reported Ginsberg described the kneeling athletes as dumb and disrespectful

But a more striking comment from Justice Ginsberg was left out.


Ginsburg told Couric she was opposed to the action, saying those who kneel during the anthem were showing contempt for a government that has made it possible for their parents and grandparents to live a decent life.

protection seems to be in conflict of why journalists ask questions in the first place.

The conservative justices should all resign in protest over how accurately they are being called out for their consistent campaign to corrupt American justice. The should resign before they are criminally charged with influence peddling and sabotage.
