Trump just can’t/won’t protect the nation’s secrets. Can’t keep his trap shut and pulls stupid shit out of his ass to impress the foreign dictator club members.

You really should expand your sourcework.

Washington Post was the first to break the story, but you can read about it anywhere now.

Though you may not see much about it on Fox, which might explain why you seem unaware of this.

So they exist - just aren't being called caravans?  Sure - thanks for the update.

Migrants are still coming to the southern border to legally request asylum?  Yes.

You were told in real time that the threat posed by the “caravans” was being exaggerated to scare the base into voting in the midterms, and now post-midterms you take the fact that they aren’t being talked about anymore as evidence that the Trump Administration has somehow neutralized the threat.

You are a perfect Trumpist.

Wasn't talking about any threat.  Just the numbers.  But continue being vague.  I realise you may not be in the know.

Being vague?  Sorry I can’t be specific about a threat that was made up for political reasons which we no longer hear about because it is no longer politically convenient for one party to talk about it.  Because that is what the “caravan” was.

If you want numbers on the people presenting themselves at the border for asylum, I imagine you can look those up yourself.

Down - by quite a bit.  Thus my initial statement.

If you have the numbers, post them.

Sorry to interrupt, but I thought this was interesting.
A bunch of well-presented charts showing which states require what to get an abortion.  I knew restrictions were being put in place, but wasn't aware that more than half of the states (26) require a counseling session to try to discourage an abortion.

Also 27 states require a waiting period.  8 of them longer than 24 hours:
Quote
Utah, South Dakota, Oklahoma, North Carolina and Missouri have the longest wait times before one can undergo the procedure, clocking in at 72 hours.

This just details what steps are required in various states.  Not getting into new intentionally-difficult-to-achieve laws such as requiring doctors to have admitting privileges at a hospital, requiring basically a full emergency room setup and such, which has forced clinics to close in some, generally southern, states.
Or the recent fetal heartbeat laws which are intended to bring a challenge to Roe before the Supreme Court.  A heartbeat can usually be detected within 6 weeks, before most women would know they are pregnant, thus such a timeline rule would essentially ban or prevent most abortions entirely.

A recent Harvard/Harris Poll of 2,531 registered voters used no names in presenting two agendas by potential candidates for President.
Here’s the text:

Which candidate are you more likely to vote for:

1.
“A presidential candidate who stands for the green new deal on climate change, Medicare for all, free college tuition, opening our borders to many more immigrants and raising taxes to pay for these programs.

Or …

2.
A presidential candidate who stands for lower taxes and reduced government regulations, strengthening our military, strengthening our border to reduce illegal immigrants, standing up more to China and Iran and seeking better trade deals for the US.

The result: 61% say they’d vote for Agenda 1 including 65% of Independents and every other age group except those aged18-34 who split 50-50.

lol.

Sorry, I just had to laugh.  I will address this more specifically, though.  (and I think you meant to say agenda 2 was the more popular.)  So lower taxes polls well.  Who would have thunk it, when Republicans have been riding that for decades.

But the question as posed is hilariously divorced from any real candidate proposals.  "Medicare for all" actually polls well, depending on the details.  No one is proposing "open borders" and when you look at the reality of trump Administration actually trying to reduce legal immigration only his base (about 35%) approve of that.  On raising taxes, raising them on the wealthy is actually popular.

On the other side, "reduced government regulations?"  That is not very specific.  Ask Americans about environmental regulations, for example, and they will tell you we are doing too little.  Strengthen our military?  Does someone want a weak military?  Standing up to China and Iran?  Again, is there a candidate that doesn't want to do that?  Is there a candidate whose platform is worse trade deals?

Its a dumb question.  And I'll note that the midterms were about many of these issues (particularly Healthcare and Immigration) and Republicans were slaughtered.  So there is that.

Sourcing:

https://news.gallup.com/poll/232007/americans-want-government-more-environment.aspx

62% say government doing too little on the environment, highest since 2006
Majority prioritize the environment even if it limits economic growth
Americans show strong support for curbing emissions and alternative energy

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2019/05/15/poll_medicare_for_all_support_is_high__but_complicated_140327.html

Americans continue to express broad backing for “Medicare for All,” a term of art embraced by liberal activists and leaders, including most of the Democratic candidates in the large field of 2020 presidential hopefuls. This support, documented in a new survey from RealClear Opinion Research, is especially pronounced among Democrats (82%), but is also strong among Independents, who favor it by a 2-to-1 margin. Even Republicans are evenly split.

https://fortune.com/2019/02/04/support-for-tax-increase-on-wealthy-americans-poll/

Support for raising taxes is widespread, according to a new poll, which found that 76% of registered voters want the wealthiest Americans to pay more.

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/07/21/business/wealth-tax-polling-democrats.html

New polling for The New York Times by the internet research firm SurveyMonkey shows that two-thirds of Americans, including a majority of Republicans, favor a plan by Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts to impose a so-called wealth tax on assets exceeding $50 million.

About three in five Americans — including seven in 10 political independents — support plans for a “Medicare for all” health care program and guaranteed free tuition to two- and four-year colleges. Those ideas have been proposed by Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont and other candidates.

It's great.
'Fair and balanced' indeed.
At Fox News you hear and read things that seem not to be covered much by the MSM.

America is, demographically, a liberal secular democracy which is being hijacked and run by a conservative minority in the thrall of billionaires, bigots, misogynists and evangelical Xtians (considerable overlap in those categories).  Due to the average populations of red states, they have disproportionate control in the Senate, and they are skilled at buying votes in other chambers, both state and federal.  We could really use folks like you coming back to the States, rolling up your sleeves, and getting involved in trying to save some shred of democracy.

Just curious, in the PDF file you posted, where is that particular question phrasing?  Because the phrasing sounds like a crude push-poll, rather than anything remotely scientific.

I'll wait.  Just a page number is fine.   dumdedumdedumdedumde.....
