No he won't. Iran has no interest in a new treaty and right now the international coalition that backed sanctions was dead before, and we just killed it deader. Besides, if I am Iran, I look to the NK model. Trump is a blowhard who threatens and rages but doesn't follow through. Once you get a bomb, he is your bitch.
