Neither the ability of a president to pardon himself or to reverse a pardon are mentioned one way or the other and they haven't been litigated, either.
That doesn't make it a serious constitutional issue. If the next president can come along and unpardon anybody he feels like that means there is in essence no pardon power at all, which
clearly goes against the intention of that provision.
The intention is clear from the discussion they had on the topic. They were concerned about abuse of pardon, but
actively chose not to put in any checks or balances beyond the one item listed.
