The Mexicans eat scrambled eggs with cactus, with tortillas and salsa, and it would be a good food for people in areas where they are starving. And it is happening, the prickly pear cactus is growing in areas where hunger is an issue, it is a blessing for the people, they can eat cactus with scrambled eggs.
